As a NextGen Intern, you’ll be immersed in what it means to become a Renegade – continuous learning and innovating, safety always, building relationships, honoring promises, and never being above rolling up your sleeves to sweep floors and get sh!t done.

During your 12 week immersive experience, you’ll gain hands-on exposure working on some of the biggest and most impactful projects shaping our communities, while being coached by experienced mentors who are committed to your growth. You’ll be challenged with meaningful projects, contribute to real work, and develop the skills to launch a successful career in the A/E/C industry.
